An extraordinary culinary experience is unique and personal involving all the human senses: sight, taste, smell, feel and sometimes even hearing the food.
My culinary journey began in Hawaii in 1972 and continues to this day. My LOVE and PASSION for food preparation and presentation is an on - going endeavor. I hope you will allow me the pleasure of creating a unique, incredible and stress - free catering experience for you and your guests.
